Pistachio Cake
1 yellow cake mix
1/2 cup oil
1 cup club soda
1 package instant pistachio pudding
2 eggs
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Grease and flour bundt pan. Pour mix into prepared pan and bake at
350 for about 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Turn onto a cake plate and cool. When cake is cool cut in 1/2 to
create two layers.
Frosting
2 packages instant pistachio pudding
1 pint whipping cream
1 cup milk
Whip all together as you would whipped cream, until thick. Use 1 to
2 cups to frost the middle layer of cake. Then use the rest to
completely frost the outside. Store covered and chilled. |
