Farmhouse White Bread (ABM)
This was a very nice rich moist bread. The sesame seeds add a little flavor and
crunch.
1 cup milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
3 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons rapid or quick yeast
2 tablespoons sesame seeds (optional)
Add according to your bread machine instructions. Makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
Nutritional Values---73 calories, 2.9 grams protein, and 11.7 grams
carbohydrates per 1 ounce serving.
