Ricotta Bread
1/3 c. milk
1 1/3 c. ricotta cheese
2 1/2 Tbs. butter or margarine
1 egg
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 c. bread flour
1 1/2 tsp. yeast
Follow instructions for your ABM. Makes one 1 1/2-lb. loaf.
