Peppered Bacon Twists
1 can (11-1/2 oz.) refrigerated cornbread twists
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. cracked black pepper
1 pkg. (2.1 oz.) Ready to Serve Bacon, heated as directed on package
Unroll dough; separate into strips.
Mix brown sugar and pepper in shallow dish. Top each dough strip with bacon
slice. Add to sugar mixture; turn to evenly coat. Twist slightly; place on
greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375�F for 11 to 13 minutes or until lightly browned.
Variation: For a more subtle pepper flavor, use ground black pepper instead of
cracked black pepper.
