Turkey Sausage Patties
3 tablespoons dry bread crumbs
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/8 teaspoon cloves
2 cloves minced garlic -- 1/4 inch thick
1/4 cup apple juice or sweet red wine
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 pound ground turkey
In small bowl, combine all but turkey and wine. In large bowl, sprinkle bread
mix over turkey; mix well. Stir in wine until totally absorbed. Cover and
refrigerate for one hour.
Form mix into 12 patties.
Spray skillet with nonstick spray. Heat over med-high until hot; add sausage and
cook 7-10 minutes til browned, turning frequently.
