Ham Potato Casserole

2 cup Ham -- cubed
6 Med Potatoes -- cooked and cubed
2 cup Milk -- divided
1/4 cup Flour
1/2 cup Cheese Whiz
1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese -- grated
1/2 Tsp Salt
Pepper

Make cheese sauce by combining 1 1/2 cup milk with cheese, Cheez Whiz, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring constantly, until cheese melts and sauce simmers.

Mix 1/4 cup flour with 1/2 cup milk until smooth. Stir into cheese mixture until thickened. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring constantly.

Place ham and potatoes in casserole. Pour cheese sauce over. Bake 350 for 20-25 minutes until cheese begins to brown.
