Almond Joy Cake

1 box chocolate cake mix
3/4 cup milk
24 large marshmallows
1 8 oz. can coconut

Mix cake as directed, bake in 9 x 13 or 10 x 15 pan. Heat milk; add marshmallows and stir until melted. Add coconut. Spread coconut mix on cake.

Frost with your favorite chocolate frosting. Can put almonds (whole or slivered) either on coconut or on top of frosting. This is the one I use:

Chocolate Frosting
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup water
16 large marshmallows
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Bring sugar, butter, and water to a boil. Remove from heat, stir in marshmallows and chocolate chips, stir until melted. Stir occasionally until spreading consistency. Spread over coconut filling.
