Easy "No-Guilt" Cake
Pass the dessert, please!!! This cake tastes great and is low in calories and fat. Add fresh fruit for a light and airy treat!

1 pkg. (about 18 ozs.) white cake mix
1 2/3 cups water
1/2 cup fat-free egg substitute or 3 egg whites
1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
1 teaspoon Imitation Butter Flavor
Lite whipped topping
Fresh fruit or berries

1. In a large bowl, blend cake mix, water, egg substitute or egg whites, vanilla extract and butter flavor on low speed until moistened. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes.

2. Pour batter into lightly greased and floured 13x9-inch pan.

3. Bake at 350�F 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool and cut into squares.

4. Serve with lite whipped topping and fresh fruit.

Makes 12 servings
