Tortilla Scramblers
Eggs (2 per person) Fry bacon in skillet and lay on paper towels to drain. Scramble eggs in the bacon grease (you might want to drain "some" of the grease). Meanwhile, warm flour tortilla shells. (You can wrap them in foil and warm slightly over fire). Layer scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese & salsa in shells. Roll up like a burrito and enjoy!! |
