Crock Pot Honey Chicken

6 skinless boneless chicken breast
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
1 sweet onion-thin wedges

Place chicken breasts and onion in crockpot. Mix juice, broth, honey, dry mustard and teriyaki sauce. Pour over chicken in crock. Cook on low for five hours or until done.

Serve over rice or noodles. This is also good served over Ramen Noodles.

I cook two packages of noodles in boiling water for 3-4 minutes and drain. DO NOT use the seasoning packet.

Spoon the chicken, onion and juices over the noodles. If your chicken breasts are not frozen-cook for four hours on low instead of five.

Note: You can also add broccoli, baby carrots or green pepper the last hour by placing the vegetables on top of the chicken.
