Crockpot Chicken in Mushroom Sauce

4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

1 10 3/4 ounce condensed cream of mushroom soup -- undiluted

1 cup sour cream -- (8 ounces)

4 bacon strips -- cooked and crumbled

Place chicken in a slow cooker. Combine soup and sour cream; pour over chicken.

Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until chicken is tender. Sprinkle with bacon.

Yield: 4 servings.
