Hot and Sour Chicken

4 to 6 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 package Knorr's Hot and Sour Soup Mix

Put chicken breasts in the crockpot; add soup mix. Pour broth over all and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours. Serve with rice or noodles.
