Nacho Cheesy Chicken (Crockpot) 

For this recipe I cut the chicken up into small chunks (before placing in crockpot) and served it over tortilla chips for the *chicken nacho* effect. Of course we topped them with all the good nacho toppings as well. - Sue


4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can diced tomatoes in juice
1 can condensed nacho cheese soup
1 can (4-oz.) mild chopped green chiles
salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in the crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hours. Serve with hot, boiled rice.
