Shredded Chicken Sesame
2 3/4 lb chicken, shredded
Sesame Garlic Dressing:
1 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon MSG, optional
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
2 1/2 tablespoons sesame paste or tahini
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon chopped green onion
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 tablespoon Chinese hot pepper oil to taste
Place the shredded chicken in a bowl.
Mix the remaining ingredients together to form a salad
dressing.
Toss with the chicken and arrange on a platter. Garnish with
more chopped green onions, if desired.
