Devilish Chocolate Pecan Pie Cake
 
1 510 g pkg devils food chocolate cake mix
1/2 cup butter melted
4 eggs divided
1 1/2 cups light corn syrup
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups chopped pecans toasted

Combine cake mix butter and one egg in large bowl. Beat on low until well combined. Measure out 2/3 cup and set aside. Spread remaining batter in pammed 13x9 inch baking dish.

Bake at 325o for 15 min until top puffs up. Cool on rack for 10 min.

Place reserved batter corn syrup sugar 3 eggs and vanilla in large bowl beat on low for 1 min. Scrape down sides then beat on med until well combined about 1 min. Fold in pecans. Pour on top of warm cake spreading evenly. Bake at 325 for 40 min until edges are browned but middle is still soft. Cool on wire rack for 30 min. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
