Fiesta Cheese Dip Recipe

2 8-oz.packages cream cheese, softened

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped

1 8-oz. container sour cream

1 Tbsp. green onions, chopped

1/2 tsp. ground red pepper

Combine all ingredients and mix with a hand mixer until smooth. Place in a small baking dish and bake for 20 minutes at 350� F. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
