Bisquick Coffeecake

2 cups Bisquick� baking mix
2/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1 large egg Topping
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray an 8 or 9-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In large bowl, combine Bisquick, milk, sugar and egg until blended.
Spread batter into prepared baking pan.
In medium bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon for topping. Sprinkle over
batter.
Bake coffee cake for 18 to 22 minutes.
