Nutmeg Coffee Cake

2 � cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
� cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup buttermilk or sour milk
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
� cup oil
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder

Mix together flour, sugars, salt and nutmeg. Add oil and mix well. Reserve � cup to be used later.

To the remaining mixture, add rest of ingredients and mix well. Pour into 9x13 pan.

To the reserved crumbs add 1 tsp. cinnamon and sprinkle over the batter. Sprinkle with � cup chopped nuts if desired.

Bake at 350* for 25 minutes.
