Fresh Strawberry Coffee Cake

Mix together:
1 1/2 cup flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar

Add:
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup melted butter

Mix wet ingredients into the dry and stir well. Pour the batter into a 9" square pan.
 
Top with:
1 1/2 to 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
 
Sprinkle with topping:
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup chilled butter
1/4 cup coconut

Mix this together until crumbly

Bake at 375� 30-35 minutes.
