Animal Crackers

1/2 c Oatmeal
2 ts Honey
1/4 t Salt -- (1/4 to 1/8)
3/4 c Flour
1/4 t Soda
1/4 c Butter -- (soften first)
4 tb Buttermilk

Do not grease cookie sheet. Grind 1/2 cup oatmeal in blender until fine. Add honey, salt, flour and soda. Cut in butter. Add buttermilk. Roll very thin, cut with animal cookie cutters.

Bake at 400�F until brown (10 to 12 minutes). Bake leftover pieces too.
