Chocolate Fudge Cookies with White Chocolate Drizzle
Sift the flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl. Stir to combine. Beat the butter. Add both sugars and beat until creamy. Add the egg and vanilla. Stir in the cooled unsweetened chocolate. Beat in the flour mixture. Stir in the chopped chocolate. Refrigerate the dough until firm. Preheat oven to 325. Shape dough into balls and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake 12-14 minutes. Cookies will spring back when very lightly touched. DO NOT OVERBAKE or the cookies will dry out. Melt the white chocolate and drizzle it over the cooled cookies. |
