German Chocolate Caramel Bars 1
German Chocolate cake mix Pat 1/2 of the mixture in a 9x13" pan and bake at 350� for 8 minutes. Melt the caramels and the remaining 1/3 Cup evaporated milk in a double boiler and spread this on top of the bars when taken out of the oven. Top with the chocolate chips and remaining half of the mixture. Bake another 15 minutes. |
