Sour Cream Raisin Bars
Bar:
1� cups oatmeal
1� cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup margarine, softened
Cream sugar and margarine. Add flour, oatmeal and soda. Pat � mix in 9 x 13 pan.
Bake at 350� 15-20 minutes. Cool
Filling:
4 egg yolks
1� cups sugar
3 T cornstarch
2 cups sour cream
2 cups raisins
Mix and gently bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer for 5-10 minutes, stirring
to avoid scorching. Pour over crumb layer and cover with remaining crumbs. Bake
20 minutes. Cool, cut in bars. Keep refrigerated.
