Sauerkraut Soup 1 (10 oz.) can cream
of mushroom soup
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
2 (10 oz.) cans of water
4 cups chicken broth
1 (10 oz.) can sauerkraut
1 medium yellow onion diced
2 carrots sliced thin
1 large potato sliced thin
1 pound smoked sausage, slice
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Add all ingredients except salt and pepper to crockpot.
Cover and cook on low 6 - 8 hours or until vegetables are tender.
Add salt and pepper to taste. |
