Crockpot Pacific Pecans
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
2 cups pecan halves
Stir first 6 ingredients in crockpot. Cook on high to melt butter. Add pecans.
Stir well. Reduce heat to low. Cover. Cook for 1 1/2 hours, stirring and
half-time. Turn heat to high. Remove cover. Cook for 20 minutes, stirring twice.
Spread on a tray to cool.
Makes 2 cups.
