Cream Puffs in a Pan
FIRST LAYER:
1 cup water
1 cup flour
1 stick butter
4 eggs
In a saucepan, bring the water and margarine to a rapid boil. Add the flour and
beat with a fork. The mixture will mound together. Turn into mixing bowl and add
eggs one at a time, beating well after each egg. Pour and spread into a well
greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 400� F. for 25-30 minutes or until brown. Press
down the middle if mounded after baking. Cool.
SECOND LAYER:
1 (8-oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 small pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
4 cups cold whole milk
Cream together cream cheese, pudding and milk.
Spread over pastry.
THIRD LAYER:
Cool Whip
Hershey's chocolate syrup
Top with Cool whip and drizzle with Hershey's syrup. Refrigerate.
Can be served with strawberries on individual pieces.
