Strawberries Romanoff

2 pints fresh strawberries, washed, hulled and sliced in half

1/4 cup sugar

3 Tbsp. orange flavored liqueur (optional)

1 Tbsp. grated orange rind

Whipped cream

Combine strawberries, sugar, liqueur and orange rind and mix well. Place in individual serving glasses and top with whipped cream.

The Skinny: Use your favorite sugar substitute and fat free whipped topping instead of whipped cream.
