Beer Cheese Dip

1 1/2 lb sharp Cheddar, grated
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 lb blue cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. salt
2 dashes Tabasco
12 oz. beer

Mix everything till smooth. Serve in a bowl with Fritos or other chips
