Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce
1/4 lbs Blue cheese, Roquefort or gorgonzola
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Sour cream
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Wine vinegar
Dash Hot pepper sauce
In a small bowl, mash the blue cheese, leaving some clumps. Whisk in the
mayonnaise until blended. Add remaining ingredients and whisk to blend well.
Cover and refrigerate until serving time. |
