Chili Queso Dip
1 3 /4 cups stewed tomatoes and juice
4 cups (1 pound) shredded process American cheese
1 /2 cup diced green chiles
3 /4 to 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
Cut up tomatoes; combine tomatoes and juice with remaining ingredients in 1 and
1/2 quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until cheese is
melted. Serve with tortilla chips.
