Hot-Stuff Dip

1 pint sour cream
1 cup fresh roasted & peeled Chiles
1/2 t. garlic

Mix the chiles with the sour cream & garlic salt. Refrigerate an hour so flavors will blend. Serve with chips or veggies. Great for an omelets filling. Keeps a week in the fridge.
