Italian Spinach Dip

1 C. Mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 envelope Italian Salad dressing mix
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1/2 c. chopped red pepper

Mix mayo, sour cream, and salad dressing mix until well blended. Add spinach and red pepper; mix well. Refrigerate.

Serve with assorted vegetables.
