Spinach Clam Dip
1 10-oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 8-oz. container sour cream
1 8-oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 10-oz. can clams, chopped
1 9-oz. package dry vegetable soup mix
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup dry white wine
Dash of hot sauce
Combine all ingredients together and chill for several hours before serving.
Serve with crackers and raw vegetables.
