Baked Ham Eggs Recipe

Baked Ham Eggs

16 eggs
3/4 cup sour cream
1 cup half and half
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups diced cooked ham OR crumbled cooked sausage
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
salt and pepper to taste

Beat eggs in large bowl; add remaining ingredients. Beat well; pour into a greased 13x9 inch baking pan.

Bake at 350 F until mixture is set and top is golden, about 45 minutes.

Yield: 10-12 servings.
