Upside Down German Chocolate Cake
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup coconut
1 box german choc cake mix
8 ounce cream cheese
1 stick butter or margarine
1 box confectioners sugar
Spread pecans and coconut in bottom of greased 9x13 pan. Make cake mix according
to pkg directions, pour over nuts and coconut. Mix cream cheese, butter, and
powdered sugar until creamy, spoon over cake batter. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350
degrees. Do not overcook- it will look like it is not done. Let cool COMPLETELY
before cutting.
