Broccoli with Olive Oil and Garlic
1 1/4 cups extra-virgin olive oil
8 cloves garlic, minced
2 1/2 pounds broccoli, cut into florets
salt and pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese
In large skillet, heat olive oil and garlic over medium heat until garlic is a
light golden color, about 3 minutes. Add broccoli and saute for another 3
minutes. Pour all over cooked pasta, seasoning with salt and pepper and cheese. |
