Mash Potato Cutlets
(Kotlety z mielonych kartofli z sosem grzybowym)
Cutlets:
3 cups mashed potatoes
1 egg
salt, pepper
1 tablesp. fresh chopped dill or parsley
1/2 cup flour
1 cup breadcrumbs
Sauce:
2 cups fresh chopped mushrooms
1-1/2 cup broth
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp maggi seasoning
salt, pepper
1 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp flour
1/4 cup water
Cutlets:
Mix all and form oval cutlets, 3-inch wide x 5-inch long, 1/2-inch thick. Bread
them in breadcrumbs, fry in small amount of oil, covered on slow heat, until
lightly browned on both sides.
Mushroom sauce:
Saut� mushrooms in olive oil, add broth, seasonings. Mix flour with water and
sour cream, add some sauce to dilute, combine all in saucepan, simmer 10 min.
Serve sauce over potato cutlets, sprinkle fresh herbs on top. (Dill) |
