Grilled Green Beans

1-1/2 lbs. green beans, rinsed (do not pat dry)
1-1/2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and ground black pepper

Toss the moist beans with oil in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Grill the beans over a medium-hot fire, with the green beans placed perpendicular to the grill grate rods.

Grill until the beans are lightly browned and crisp-tender, about 6 minutes. Serve hot, warm, or at room temperature.

Serves 4-6
