Pizza Tot Casserole
1 pound ground beef
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can (11 1/8 oz) condensed Italian tomato soup, undiluted**
1 jar (4 1/2 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
2 cups (8 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 pkg. (32 oz) frozen Tator Tots
** I used one can tomato paste (6 oz) and one can tomato sauce (8 oz). I then
added parsley, oregano, and basil.
In a skillet, cook the beef, pepper and onion until meat is no longer pink;
drain. Add soup and mushrooms. Transfer to a greased 13x9 inch baking dish.
Top with cheese and Tator Tots. Bake uncovered, at 400
degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. AUTHOR:
