Mexican Lasagna
1 pound hamburger
1 small onion
Cumin
Garlic powder
1 � cups salsa
1 small tomato, finely chopped
1 can refried beans
Cheese, shredder-any flavor you like
Black olives-sliced
6 to 8 large tortillas
Brown hamburger with onion, drain. Add seasonings to taste. Add salsa and
tomato, remove from heat and set aside.
Divide beans evenly among tortillas, spreading a thin layer. Sprinkle with
olives and shredded cheese. Roll tortilla tightly. Arrange closely in a 9X13
pan. Pour meat mixture over top. Sprinkle with more cheese.
Bake @ 400� for 20-30 minutes.
