Italian Meatballs To panfry: Cook in 10-inch skillet over medium heat about 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until no longer pink inside. To microwave: Place meatballs in microwaveable dish, 11x7x1 1/2-inches. Cover loosely and microwave on high 8 to 10 minutes, rearranging meatballs after 3 minutes, until no longer pink inside. Let stand 3 minutes; drain. Serves 4. |
