Herbed Sausage Meatballs

1 pound ground pork (lean)
2 teaspoons sage
1 teaspoon marjoram
1 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 tsp paprika

Combine ingredients-mix well cover and let stand for 30-60 minutes or chill up to 4 days. Shape into 3/4-inch balls; heat a large skillet, over a medium-low flame. Add the meatballs, heat and shake pan until well done. serve hot, with or without sauce.
