Burgundy Burgers
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/4 C Burgundy, other red wine or nonalcoholic red wine
1 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Mix ingredients, form into patties and grill.
These are great served on rye or whole wheat buns. |
