German Potato Salad 6 c.
cubed or sliced cooked, hot potatoes Keep potatoes hot after cooking. Fry bacon, remove and crumble. Fry onion in bacon fat until clear and soft. Stir in flour. Add vinegar and water. Stir until thickened. Stir in remaining ingredients. Add bacon. Pour over cubed potatoes. Toss and serve. |
