Orange Spice Coffee Mix

1 c. dried orange rind
2 1/2 tbsp. ground cinnamon
2 1/2 tbsps. ground cloves
1 pound ground coffee

Use a 1 quart, wide-mouth canning jar. Combine all the ingredients together and mix well. Pour into the jar. Seal and decorate jar, and attach recipe tag.

Orange Spice Coffee: Use this mix like you would with regular ground coffee.
