Whole Wheat Oatmeal Bread Machine Mix

Dry:
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup wheat germ
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 cups bread flour
2 teaspoons yeast

Wet:
1 cup water
2 T. vegetable oil
1 egg
2 tablespoons sugar

Measure Dry ingredients into a ziploc or vacuum seal bag & Store in Freezer. To make add the mix and the remaining Wet ingredients in the order your machine manufacturer recommends: Regular, Basic, or Wheat with light/medium setting as you prefer.
