Chocolate Marshmallow Cream Cheese Fudge

8 oz cream cheese
4 cup sifted powdered sugar
4 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate melted
1 tsp vanilla
1 dash salt
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar beating until well blended. Add chocolate, vanilla and salt. Stir well. Stir in marshmallows and nuts. Spread in greased 8 inch square dish. Chill before cutting.
