Easy Butter Mints

1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup light corn syrup
1 pound powdered sugar
peppermint extract
food coloring

Melt butter. Stir in Karo until blended. Pour over powdered sugar and work into a dough. Flavor and color as desired.

Make ball, press into granulated sugar (only one side.)

Press the sugared side into a rubber mold. Turn out at once. Let air-dry 8-12 hours. Freezes well.
