Peanut Butter Vanilla Squares

3 3/4 pounds vanilla chips
2 cups crispy rice cereal
1 cup chopped peanuts
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup peanut butter morsels
1 teaspoon vanilla

Melt candy coating in a large heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.

Stir in cereal and remaining ingredients. Stir gently until morsels are partially melted.

Spoon mixture into a greased 9-inch square pan. Let cool completely; cut into squares.

Yield: 3 dozen.
