Hot Fudge

1 can Evaporated Milk
2 cups Sugar
4 ozs Unsweetened Chocolate
1/2 cup Butter
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Salt

Heat milk and sugar to rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 1/2 min. Add Chocolate; stir until melted. Beat over heat until smooth. Remove form heat; stir in butter, vanilla and salt.
